Responsibilities

  • You will train to learn every aspect of CNC servicing from oil changes to more advanced servicing and maintenance issues.
  • Travel to customer sites and work collaboratively with senior engineers to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Warranty Repairs: Help diagnose basic issues covered under warranties and support the team in completing repairs.
  • Training & Development: Attend in-house and manufacturer training sessions to develop technical skills and gain knowledge on the latest machine features.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all company and site health & safety procedures.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with CNC machining or completion of an apprenticeship in CNC maintenance/service is essential.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (training will be provided).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK for service calls (full training provided).
  • UK driving license is essential.
  • A valid passport is beneficial.
