With a commitment to training and internal progression, you will receive hands-on experience in all aspects of machine servicing, from basic maintenance like oil changes to more advanced technical work.
Responsibilities
- You will train to learn every aspect of CNC servicing from oil changes to more advanced servicing and maintenance issues.
- Travel to customer sites and work collaboratively with senior engineers to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
- Warranty Repairs: Help diagnose basic issues covered under warranties and support the team in completing repairs.
- Training & Development: Attend in-house and manufacturer training sessions to develop technical skills and gain knowledge on the latest machine features.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all company and site health & safety procedures.
Skills and Experience
- Experience with CNC machining or completion of an apprenticeship in CNC maintenance/service is essential.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (training will be provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Willingness to travel across the UK for service calls (full training provided).
- UK driving license is essential.
- A valid passport is beneficial.
