The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.
I have roles in:
- Dorset
- Bristol/Bath/Gloucester
- Isle of Wight
- Basingstoke/Andover
- Reading
- Salisbury
- Southampton
It would be desirable if you had a DEA Qualification!
Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
- Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
- Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
- Collate detailed stock condition information
