Key Responsibilities - Functional UK V&V Lead

• Take charge of the UK programme for the functional systems engineering team, ensuring certification deliverables are met under challenging conditions.
• Oversee the certification process for the UK MRAD programme, ensuring the team delivers on time and meets required standards.
• Ensure continued support and capability enhancements for the Land Ceptor product across multiple customers.
• Lead and manage a growing team of systems engineers, ensuring efficiency and effective communication within the team.
• Adapt your approach to meet new challenges and complexities, assessing evidence from various sources to ensure the best solutions.
• Clearly communicate vision and objectives to engage and influence stakeholders, ensuring the team's success in meeting deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements - Functional UK V&V Lead

• Experience with systems engineering processes, particularly managing teams to deliver Certificates of Design.
• Proficiency in DOORS, requirements management processes, and ability to effectively manage system requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to organize and manage a small team to meet project timelines and goals.
• Comfortable with evaluating complex scenarios and applying solutions to drive the project forward.
• Ability to clearly convey vision and influence others across various teams and stakeholders.
