Key Responsibilities:
- Assure welding quality by ensuring welders are suitably qualified and experienced.
- Verify that welders have the right equipment and procedures in place.
- Provide guidance and support to welders to enhance their chances of success.
- Collaborate with the Welding Institute as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a welding engineer, either in a practical or project-related role.
- Strong understanding of welding processes and standards.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide welding teams.
