Are you an experienced Personal Assistant with a passion for organisation and seamless coordination? 聽My Client, an Owner of a FMCG businesses and a Property Portfolio is seeking a highly skilled and proactive PA to support with both business and personal administrative tasks and projects.聽This is a newly created role so responsibilities and tasks will evolve. 聽They are seeking a driven individual with prior Personal Assistant experience.
As Personal Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
路Diary management
路Organising travel arrangements (UK and International)
路Preparing presentations
路Property Inspections
路Inbox management
路Calendar management
路Processing expenses
路Project work
路Scheduling personal appointments
路Coordinating vehicle insurance across multiple countries
路Handling personal purchases and ensuring timely deliveries

Key Skills / Experience required by the Personal Assistant / PA:
路Proven experience in a similar role
路Experience dealing with a demanding schedule and multi-tasking
路Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路High attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality
路Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and thriving under pressure
路Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
路A proactive, adaptable approach.
