Red Recruitment is recruiting a Personal Assistant in Bristol City Centre to join our client, one of the South West's largest independent insurance brokers.
They are looking for a Personal Assistant to work with the Managing Director on a part time basis, 2/3 days per week. The salary for this position is 30,000 - 35,000 pro rata.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Benefits and Package for a Personal Assistant:
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 pro rata
- Hours: Part-time, 2/3 days (Tuesday and Friday, the 3rd day is up to you to decide)

Key Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:
- Being responsible for the diary management of the Managing Director
- Planning meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
- Completing a range of administrative tasks
- Attending meetings and completing the minute-taking
- Booking travel and accommodation when necessary
- Acting as office manager, ensuring the office is running smoothly (ordering supplies etc)
Key Skills and Experience of a Personal Assistant:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant is a must
- Strong organisational and administrative skills is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Being able to minute take is ideal
- Previous experience as an Office Manager is advantageous but not essential
