Account Manager - Medical Simulation Industry

Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid - 4 days office-based) Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + up to 30% quarterly bonus

A global leader in medical simulation technology seeks an ambitious sales professional to join our expanding corporate division. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to an exciting growth phase, with aims to double business turnover in the next two years.

The Role:

  • Manage and grow corporate accounts across medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors
  • Drive new business acquisition while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with international teams across UK, US, and European markets
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required
  • Contribute to product development strategies and market expansion

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' sales experience (medical/pharmaceutical sector preferred)
  • Scientific or medical background
  • Full UK driving license and valid passport
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities

Desirable:

  • Medical/Life Sciences degree
  • European language skills
  • Experience in medical device sales
  • Previous corporate account management experience
