Our client is looking recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team. They offer total flexibillty including full time, part time, or school hours, alongside either Hybrid working, or home working depending on the needs of the candidate.
Our client will look at individuals with some insurance experience, who are organised, thorough, with strong customer service skills who are keen to learn and develop a career in Professional indemnity insurance.
About the Role:
To deliver high quality and efficient administrative service to clients, both directly, and on a wholesale basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare renewal questionnaire.
- Collect data/statistics for inclusion in market presentations.
- Preparation of marketing documentation for new business, renewals and mid-term amendments.
- Working on premium allocations where required.
- Preparation and issuance of invoices, mid-term amendments and closings.
- Create and update relevant systems.
- Liaise with insurers and clients as required.
- Prompt and accurate resolution of accounts queries.
- Contribute towards the development of a high company image of professionalism, competence and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Must have some previous insurance experience, with a minimum of personal lines and ideally professional indemnity insurance experience.
- Be able to demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Must have excellent relationship building skills.
Salary/Benefits Information:
- Salary depending on experience, and whether full time, part time etc…
- £25,000 - £40,000 p.a (dependent on experience and whether pro rata)
- 25 days holiday.
