The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Production team, where you will play a key role in the assembly and build of high-tech, cutting-edge products. This position allows you to develop new skills and work on some of our most complex system configurations. A strong engineering background and a high level of technical expertise are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:


Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Building systems, sub-assemblies, and piece parts for complex systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements to meet production schedules.
  • Ensuring adherence to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and customer specifications.
  • Identifying and resolving build-related issues.
  • Reporting technical challenges using the FRACAS process.
  • Maintaining and enhancing technical competence through necessary training.
  • Acting as a reference point to guide technicians in understanding and executing the build sequence.
  • Training and mentoring less experienced technicians to improve team capability.
  • Upholding the highest standards of build cleanliness, housekeeping, and Health and Safety in the build areas, while supporting and promoting 5S initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the Production Team.
  • Working on a rotating shift pattern as notified by your Team Leader.
