Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding mobile IT support team.
- The role requires candidates to have at least 2 years of experience in IT support and to possess their own vehicle for travel throughout the region.
- Successful candidates must be able to obtain Government and individual customer clearances and may need to participate in an on-call rota.
- While hardware break-fix experience is preferred, training will be provided, and strong knowledge of the Microsoft product suite is essential.
- This is an umbrella contract position, inside IR35, with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per year.
The successful individual will need to be able to work as part of a team, whilst also on their own supporting a number of key clients with their IT support
solutions. The role is a mobile role and so own vehicle is essential to travelthroughout our region, which spans from Worcester down the M5 covering off
Gloucester, South West of the UK and South Wales. The candidate must be willing and capable of successfully going through Government and individual customer
clearances which is essential to the role. You would need to be open upon
request to be part of an on call rota if required. Hardware Break fix competency and experience would be preferable, but training will be provided.
An in depth knowledge of the Microsoft product suite is essential including Win7/10 & 11 along with Office365. Good customer facing skills and
communication is crucial
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
