Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business based in Bristol in therecruitment of a V&V Engineer Lead.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: 3 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National with British citizenship (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of systems engineers to ensure certification deliveries are on time
- Oversee the delivery of Certificates of Design into the Land Ceptor programme
- Assess evidence from various sources and adapt to new challenges
- Use experience with DOORS and requirements management processes to manage project plans and timelines
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong background in systems engineering processes
- Experience managing teams and ensuring successful programme delivery
- Knowledge of DOORS and requirements management
- Ability to organize and lead a small team to meet project deadlines efficiently
