Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Bristol, are seeking a Assistant Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Building Surveyor will be working on numerous commercial project with a large number of these being in the educational sector. The role will be based from the office on Bristol with travel to projects. Duties will include all aspects of Building Surveying including; dilapidations, condition surveys, specification writing, contract admin and project-based work. Salary: 30k - 45k- DOE
Mileage allowance
Holiday: 24 days plus BH- increasing with service

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Ideally hold 1-2 years' experience gained either post degree or during a placement year
Must be living within commuting distance of Bristol
Open to candidates from Assistant to Senior level
Willing to travel for projects and complete a survey alone if needed
Full driving licence
Looking for a long term role
Must hold or be completing a degree in building surveying
