Role Overview:The Showroom Assistant will work closely with the central Customer Service team, focusing on sales and offering expert support and advice before and after purchases. Delivering industry-leading customer service is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in-store.
- Drive sales through expert advice on products and services.
- Ensure retail standards are maintained, including product merchandising and POS.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- A keen interest in cycling.
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Strong team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Desirable Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in the cycling industry.
- Experience working with sales-based targets.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and developments.
