Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator
A property firm require a Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator to join the team. Based in central Bristol the role involves:
- Administration
- Property inspections
- Managing property access requests for builders and surveyors etc
- Property viewings
The Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator will need relevant experience including administration and lettings, estate agent or property firm experience.
They will need a driving licence and access to a car, the role will involve a small amount of travel around the Bristol area for which mileage will be paid.
The Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator salary is £25-27k + discretionary business performance annual bonus (of 2 months salary)
