Van Driver
Monday to Friday
£27,500 per annum - £12.50ph (3 month temp to perm)
Our client is currently seeking two van drivers to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
The Role
As a Driver, you will be working in a safety-critical role, responsible for delivering products according to a set schedule and adhering to time frames.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining the condition of your vehicle.
- Securing and strapping all loads on flat bed vehicles.
- Performing daily safety checks.
- Unloading deliveries for customers.
- Ensuring transport documentation is up to date.
- All delivery paperwork is completed and properly filed.
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience in multi-drop driving within a delivery or distribution environment
- Will have experience strapping and unloading off of a flat bed.
- A friendly, professional attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service
