Trainee Freight Forwarder

Monday to Friday, 11:00am 19:30pm there will be an element of flexibility for the right candidate.

Paying up to £25,000 per annum, plus Shift Allowance & Overtime.

Fully office-based in Bristol, BS35.

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Freight Forwarder to join a busy, thriving airfreight department. Working for a Global, prestigious business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle Airfreight Export operations from start to finish.

Take Airfreight bookings.

Export documentation and customs entries.

Communicating and liaising with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents and the warehouse.

Completing and updating systems.

Tracking and tracing through to completing the file and passing to accounts for invoicing.

The successful candidate will need to have a 5-year checkable work history and a clean criminal record.
