Job Overview:We are seeking dedicated Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join the inpatient mental health teams at Midlands Partnership NHS Trust. In this role, you will provide essential care to patients with mental health needs, working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, care planning, and therapeutic interventions for patients with mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized, holistic care.
  • Support patients in their recovery and work with families and carers as required.
  • Ensure high standards of care and contribute to service development initiatives.

Experience/Skills:

  • HCPC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
