Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse (Locum)
Location: Bristol, Swindon, Salisbury, Weston-super-Mare
Pay Rates:
Day: £22 per hour
Weeknight: £28 per hour
Saturday: £28 per hour
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £32 per hour
Responsibilities:
Lead and guide the delivery of mental health care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patients mental health conditions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Utilize IT systems for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Support patients in their recovery journey.
Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification.
Strong leadership skills to guide care provision.
Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and communication.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
