We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change and Communications Lead to drive the successful implementation of our global clients People Strategy. This pivotal role involves managing change initiatives and ensuring effective communication across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in change management, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement and organisational culture.
Day-to-day of the role:Change Management:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the People Strategy.
- Identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.
- Assess the impact of change on different groups within the organisation.
Communications:
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging.
- Develop engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations.
- Work alongside the EVP team in Talent Acquisition to align internal and external communication and branding.
- Support regular updates and feedback to senior leadership and the HR Function on the progress of People Strategy.
- Draft emails and other forms of communication for a variety of audiences.
- Collaborate with the Firm’s comms team to align communication and messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Work alongside the Programme Manager and Change and Comms for Workday implementation to ensure alignment.
- Proven experience in change management and communications, preferably within a large organisation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
- Experience in the HR or People Strategy domain.
