I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing organisation, based out of their Avonmouth site who due to continued growth are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on an initial temporary basis.  

This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with real potential to go perm. Flexible hours available, 2-3 days onsite in Avonmouth.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner with deep business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of organisational and talent needs. The ideal candidate will be adept at working across all levels of HR — strategic and operational and will effectively influence across the company while navigating through ambiguity.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.
  • Offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide education on HR issues to all levels of the company.
  • Coach and partner managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Deliver HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Participate in the development of HR programs including recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to champion a culture of excellence where employees are engaged and inspired.
  • Analyse data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with significant impact on company strategy.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Superb organisational and leadership skills.
