Kingswood Group is working with an international firm seeking a HR Technology Analyst to join an expanding Technology team based in Bristol. The recently implemented Workday HCM and payroll systems require dedicated support to ensure a seamless experience for employees and customers using the HR technology.

 The role:

  • Serve as a point of contact for HR Technology related queries for current, future and past employees via phone, email, and Workday ticketing system
  • Providing timely assistance and troubleshooting to ensure employees have a smooth HR technology experience
  • Create and maintain clear and accurate documentation for SOP?s and user guides. 
  • Peer review colleagues? documentation and act as the custodian of the internal HR technology team knowledge repository 
  • Deliver excellent customer service while resolving basic technical issues 
  • Trouble shooting & Issue resolution
  • Log, track and manage support tickets through the entire lifecycle across multiple teams. 
  • Incident and User Access management
  • Detect complex issues and escalate appropriately
  • Management of own portfolio of changes as part of a continuous improvement agenda within the HR function
  • Regular communication with customers & employees regarding the status of requests and providing clear instructions for resolution

 Experience & skills required:

  • Previous experience in a technical support, customer service or HR admin role within Workday is desirable
  • Understanding HR Software as a Service solutions such as Oracle Cloud or Success Factors
  • Detail orientated and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer orientated mind set
  • Management of multiple tasks and ability to prioritise correctly
  • Ability to contribute positively to the team?s operational goals
