Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across acute settings.
- Conduct assessments, plan and implement effective interventions.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience in acute care settings is essential.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
