Key Responsibilities:
- Raising material, plant, subcontractor, and overhead orders
- Obtaining pricing quotes from suppliers and coordinating delivery & collection of plant
- Processing and reconciling plant hire invoices on a monthly basis
- Arranging PPE and clothing orders for new starters, as well as replacements for existing engineers
- Ordering tools and equipment for engineers
- Assisting with purchase ledger duties
- Supporting the Regional Accountant with any other tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an accounts or administrative role (finance experience desirable)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices/orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
