As a Contract Administrator, you will provide contract administration support to Contract Managers, including logging job details, coordinating subcontractor site visits, and supporting the planned maintenance program (generating work orders and updating the system). Additional duties include purchase order creation and generating/sending planned maintenance quotes to clients.

- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
