Office Coordinator Job Duties

  • To act as a role model and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Follow best practice regarding the day to day support of the office
  • Ensure all admin is accurate and is available for all client meetings
  • Respond promptly to all incoming sales enquiry emails, distributing to relevant team members
  • Ensure time is maximised by effective and accurate diary management when scheduling appointments and forward planning time
  • Offer admin support as and when required to help progress active sales
  • General front of house duties.

Office Coordinator Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient IT user, able to use MS packages as well as a range of internal systems
  • Thrives in a busy enviroment
  • Experience of working within a customer service or admin role within property is preferred
