The ideal candidate will have administrative or HR experience and will be responsible for executing HR processes, managing office operations, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.

Description
- Execute HR processes including recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee training
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues in a confidential and sensitive manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure company-wide consistency
- Manage team schedules and organise company events
Profile
A successful HR & Office Manager should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Proven experience in HR and office management roles
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Good interpersonal skills with a team player mentality
