Job Title: Office Administrator (Construction Company)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sort delivery tickets efficiently for processing.
  • Accurately process delivery tickets into Weighsoft in a timely manner.
  • Report any identified issues promptly.
  • Check off delivery tickets via Excel reports from Weighsoft.
  • Produce daily reports as required.
  • Self-bill invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Check subcontractor invoices for accuracy.
  • Perform regular duplicate checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
  • Monitor subcontractor ticket submission against Onedrive sheet and Weighsoft records.
  • Cross-reference quarry tickets with invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist with archiving duties when required.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Excellent typing skills, maintaining a speed of 45 words per minute with high accuracy.
  • Basic Excel skills such as using Ctrl+F for searches, applying filters, and applying conditional formatting to identify duplicate entries.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
