The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Office Administrator
In this role your role will include:
- Assisting with Internal and External Reporting for the operational teams and external clients
- Carrying out amendments to their systems
- Assist the team with preparation for meetings and minute taking
- Supporting in ad hoc project work
- Maintaining the Document, SLA and POA electronic databases
- Support complaints management to ensure the process is being followed by the team
- Providing general administration to the team
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained 6-12 months in an office administration role previously.
As well as this you will also have or be:
- Able to complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe with accuracy
- Effective record keeping.
- Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy.
- Good attention to detail.
- A can do attitude
- Great people skills
- A team player
