The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Office Administrator

In this role your role will include:

  • Assisting with Internal and External Reporting for the operational teams and external clients
  • Carrying out amendments to their systems
  • Assist the team with preparation for meetings and minute taking
  • Supporting in ad hoc project work
  • Maintaining the Document, SLA and POA electronic databases
  • Support complaints management to ensure the process is being followed by the team
  • Providing general administration to the team

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has gained 6-12 months in an office administration role previously.

As well as this you will also have or be:

  • Able to complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe with accuracy
  • Effective record keeping.
  • Demonstrate high levels of data accuracy.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A can do attitude
  • Great people skills
  • A team player
