Office Administrator Yate Area 拢28,000 pa聽 My Client an established food manufacturer supplying premium products predominantly to Wholesalers is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This role will report to the Supply Chain Manager. They will ensure tasks relating Sales order processing, stock and will ideally have experience with credit control. 聽The role is a mix of administration and credit control. You will be responsible for performing general administration tasks relating to the day to day running of the business as well as supporting the supply chain manager and the accounts controller. You will need to have the ability to use your own initiative to carry out daily duties accurately and in a timely fashion and to a high standard as well as have great communication skills at all levels. 聽 Office Administrator Key Duties:路Sales order processing 路Receipting of purchase orders 路Liaising daily with warehouse team to ensure stock availability for production 路Stock recording of daily goods in and out 路Liaising with customers on orders and deliveries and preparing paperwork 路Using customer and online portals for managing orders 路Preparing and recording daily paperwork for production department 路Organising and dispatching samples for customers as well as arranging courier collections 路Processing customer invoices 路Sending statements 路Speaking with customers to organise payments 路Processing payments and maintaining up to date customer records on Sage 路Keeping on top of credit accounts and ensure they are paying within agreed credit terms. 路Raising credit issues to senior management 聽 Skills / Experience required:路Attention to detail. 路Experience of Sage is desirable 路The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team 路Excellent verbal and written communication skills 路Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email 路Ability to prioritise and organise own workload 聽 Benefits路Salary 拢28,000 per annum 路Monday to Friday 08:30 -17:00 - 37.5 hours per week 路22 days holiday plus bank holidays 路Pension 路On-site parking 聽 If the role is of interest, then send your CV today
