Responsibilities:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing office health and safety procedures
- Coordinating fire safety drills
- Supporting site security, office vendors, and service providers
- Ordering office supplies and stationery
- Managing office access software and upholding security procedures
- Booking travel arrangements and training courses
- Organising events and meetings
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as formatting documents and scheduling meetings
- Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
- Welcoming visitors and offering refreshments
- Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
- Arranging postage or couriers
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous administrative experience required
- Familiarity with office health and safety practises
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in the renewable energy industry or a related field
Technologies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with office access software
