We are looking for a proactive and highly organised person to support our Director and wider team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing multiple priorities, maintaining discretion, and ensuring seamless support for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative and organisational support to the Director.
  • Coordinate the Director’s diary, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action points.
  • Manage confidential documents and ensure compliance with data security standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with project coordination as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA / Admin or Office Support
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and ad hoc tasks.
