  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, acting as the primary contact for office-related needs - ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Coordinating office budget, purchasing, and supplier management for cost-effective operations.
  • Arranging meeting spaces, ensuring they are well-equipped and organised.
  • Organising social events and team-building activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Utilising internal platforms to share updates and engage employees, enhancing team cohesion.
  • Coordinating travel bookings and logistics, adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Providing general administrative support, including financial record updates, calendar management, and assisting senior management with various tasks.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • An individual with hospitality or office experience, that demonstrates proactivity and being highly organised.
  • An ambitious individual who shows initiative and willingness to develop.
  • Ideally would have excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications.
