The Job:As Part-time Office Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and the facilities, health and safety and services;

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Ordering and monitoring office supplies and processing the relevant invoices
  • Managing files and storage of such records in line with record retention policy and ensure safe destruction at appropriate point
  • Preparation and co-ordination of office announcements and other communications (including preparation and PowerPoint slides)
  • Help co-ordinate visitor arrivals with travel and office arrangements
  • Planning and organising company and team events
  • Sole responsibility for the reception desk/area including fielding calls, opening and franking post, arranging UPS deliveries, welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries.
  • Able to support any office improvement, desk utilisation or planning initiatives
  • Housekeeping duties, re-stock kitchen, coffee machines, dishwasher etc
  • Manage the diary and coordinate meetings with regards to fire marshal and first aid training
  • Coordinate social calendars, organise staff events
  • Facility management and vendor relations
