The Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth day to day running of all elements of the office, being the first point of contact for many clients, so you’ll be confident, friendly and keen to help. You’ll be the "go to" person and enjoy creating a calm, streamlined and efficient office.

About you:

You’ll need previous office administration or office coordination experience.

Experience of working in property or an estate agents would be interesting but not essential.

Excellent IT skills

Able to work independently and be proactive

Understand the need for professionalism and making sure an office runs effectively.

Great communication, both written and verbal and be confident at liaising over the 'phone and face-to-face.

The hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, with 2 Saturdays (9am-4pm) a month, with a day off in lieu.

About the role:

  • There’s plenty to keep you busy and you’ll be a pivotal person in making sure the office runs efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Register new enquiries
  • Book valuations while gaining as much relevant information as possible
  • Manage diary for other team members making sure appointments run smoothly and efficiently optimising everyone’s time
  • Meet and greet vendors, applicants, and any people entering the office
  • Keep the office looking smart and professional
  • Create new electronic files for new instructions with all associated documents
  • Order for sale/ sold boards properties for properties
  • Check and make sure vendors given feedback on viewings
  • Every evening to make sure all viewings are confirmed for next day
  • Note taking in meetings
  • Liaise with vendors and applicants
  • Help manage property websites.

The title could also be Office Manager.
