Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Portishead based business who are looking for an Office Manager to join their team of a part time basis working 25-30 hours a week split over Monday to Friday. Flexibility is offered on the daily working hours.The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, whilst supporting the company directors.Duties will include:

  • Diary and email management for the Director
  • Arranging and preparing of company meetings
  • Responsible for the monthly expenses for the office
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the site
  • Ordering all stationary, office and kitchen supplies
  • Taking incoming calls to the office and passing on to relevant team members
  • Typing up letters and correspondence as well as proofreading of documents going to clients
  • Taking and typing up board meetings
  • Maintaining site HR staff records as well as conduction site HR inductions for new staff
  • Overseeing the facilities and H&S checks for site
  • Supporting other offices in the group remotely to cover annual leave
  • Other duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office

The ideal candidate will have a solid administrative background and have good MS Office experience. In return this role offers a salary of around £27k pro-rata, 21 days holiday plus 3 days for Christmas close down, Pension, retail discounts platform, eyecare scheme, parking and CPD.This role offers an immediate start for the successful candidate.
