Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a thriving architecture firm, with the appointment of Part-Time Office Coordinator to join their close-knit team in Portishead.

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, starting at 8:30am. 25-30 hours per week, of which you can be flexible your finish time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, calendar coordination, and processing annual leave for a team of 15.
  • Reformatting and proofreading documents for directors.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them promptly.
  • Ensuring the office remains well-stocked with supplies, including coffee, tea, and general office needs.
  • Organising refreshments and bookings for meetings.
  • Planning social gatherings and companywide events.
  • Arranging training and CPD sessions.
  • Supporting with weekly and monthly Health & Safety checks of the building.
  • Managing hotel bookings and travel logistics for the team.

You will be:

  • Proactive and organised with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • IT savvy, with strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft software.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
