Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with an independent estate agency, with the appointment of an Office Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is such an exciting opportunity to work for a company who sell some of Bristol's most inspiring homes, using your extensive knowledge to help grow their business.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be response for overseeing the daily operations to ensure the office runs smoothy, being the first point of contact and providing exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and ensuring queries are addressed promptly.
  • Registering new clients, gathering detailed information to meet their needs.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries to optimise team efficiency.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Maintaining the office and ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Creating and organising electronic files for the team.
  • Confirming all viewings for the following day by close of business.
  • Ensuring client feedback on viewings is collected and shared.
  • Monitoring the database to track client progress and ensure proactive support.
  • Checking in with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding needs.
  • Verifying that property listings on various websites are accurate and up to date.

You will need:

  • 1-2 years office coordination experience.
  • Ability to work well within a team and identify with our brand values.
  • Interest in property, interiors, lifestyle, and the Bristol community.

Extra Details:

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (full time).
  • 5 days per week, including 2-3 Saturdays (9-4) per month with day off in lieu.
