  • Meet business targets while delivering excellent client service
  • Uphold company values and stay updated on technical, legislative, and product changes through training
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures, FCA rules, and financial crime regulations
  • Maintain accurate client records and workflows on internal systems
  • Manage new business, servicing changes, and client portfolios, keeping stakeholders informed
  • Oversee admin workflows, support process improvements, and assist with team training and peer reviews

Your skills and experience:

  • Maintain or work towards basic technical knowledge and relevant qualifications for the role
  • Understand the firm’s record-keeping requirements in detail
