Robert Half are currently working with a business based in South Bristol who are looking for an Administrator to join initially on an interim basis. There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent - If you wish.

Role: Administrator
Hourly rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour
Duration: Circa 3 months - With potential to become permanent
Start date: ASAP - w/c 7/01/25
Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week
Plenty of free parking available
Responsibilities include:
- Looking after the renewal process for pre-renewal letters including sending documents, running quote requests, ensuring compliance
- Deal with general administration including calls, email queries, quotes, claims, membership changes etc
- Running new business process and receiving data
- Maintaining relationships with existing customer base, suppliers and insurers
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as and when required
Person Specification
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently
- Deal effectively with a variety of tasks
- Big team player with the ability to work on own initiative when needed
- Flexible approach to workload to support colleagues and wider team when needed
- Experience of maintaining databases and following processes accurately
