Red Recruitment is recruiting an Administrator in Nailsea to join our client, a joint venture company that manages all non-operational customer enquiries.
This is a full-time, temporary position and the hourly rate is £12.50 per hour.
You should have great communication skills and preferably have a background in customer service.
Benefits and Package for an Administrator:
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per weekMonday - Thursday, 8.30am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.15pm
- Contract Type: Temporary

- Possibility to go permanent after 8 weeks based on performance
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Accurately and efficiently maintaining customer and billing details
- Replying to written, email and telephone queries
- Making financial and non-financial adjustments to accounts
- Providing first class customer service
- Raising operational and meter reading requests
- Supporting the team to achieve team and department SLA's
- Liaising with parent companies where necessary
- Working towards targets
Key Skills and Experience of an Administrator:
- Excellent written and communication skills is required
- A customer service background is preferred
- A positive and flexible can-do approach is required
- The ability to build rapport, tailoring communication to audience
- You should have the ability to use own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail in a high volume work environment is required
- The ability to work towards personal targets is essential
