We are looking for an Associate Sales Consultant who will be successful in developing business with current clients and engaging new clients. We can offer a tailored role in fitting your skills and experience. We have an industry leading commission structure with up to 17.5% of margin paid monthly. There are huge opportunities for promotion and growth, it's an exciting time to join a small but fast-growing company.
The salary for this role £25,400 to £28,000 basic with OTE of YR1: £40,700 YR2: £58,030
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12 month's experience in education such as teaching or other recruitment experience
Full driver's license
Able to commit to a full-time role and be able to get to BS1 for 7am starts
Drive and dedication to building your desk and to promoting a growing company
Excellent level of written and spoken English
Great communication skills, a consultant who enjoys making sales calls.
