My client are looking for full time Band 4 EFM Trainer o work in Bristol.

Shift Times: 08:00am - 18:00pm

What You Need:

• To develop the EFM workforce by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and competence necessary to deliver a safe and effective service.

• To contribute to the Learning & Development strategy under the guidance of the EFM Training & Development Manager.

  • • To provide classroom and practical training in workplace skills and associated duties, as directed by the EFM Training & Development Manager.

    • To conduct follow-up observations for new and existing staff, ensuring they demonstrate competency to work in accordance with the correct procedures as trained.

    • To support the EFM Training & Development Manager in their full range of duties, including the delivery of cleaning/domestic skills, food safety, NHS mandatory training, and "Welcome to EFM" inductions for new staff. Skills

    • Proficient IT skills, with confidence using Windows-based applications such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective when working with individuals, groups, and people with varying abilities.

    • Demonstrates empathy and understanding when communicating sensitive information.

    • Skilled in working independently and as an effective team member, managing resources efficiently.

    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with experience in planning, prioritising, and managing both self and learners. Under guidance from the EFM Training & Development Manager, capable of managing workload and time while meeting deadlines.

    • Ability to assist in designing, planning, implementing, and evaluating training programmes, including preparing lesson plans, handouts, and related materials.

    • Adaptability and resilience, with evidence of effectively managing delays, unforeseen circumstances, and unexpected challenges.

    • Competence in training and facilitating across various settings.

    • Research skills, including the ability to locate, evaluate, and present information from diverse sources such as the internet, documents, and manuals in a straightforward and logical manner.

    • Excellent presentation skills.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to address challenging behaviour effectively.
