Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in an inpatientscommunity setting.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
- Experience in community physiotherapy is desirable. but a minimum of 6 months NHS experiance is essential.
- have a clean driving license
- have a DBS on the update service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of care.
