CLASS 1 DRIVER

StaffCo Direct are operating as an employment business and actively recruiting for Class 1 drivers for a company based in Bristol.

We are looking for highly motivated Class 1 drivers with valid licenses, who can take on the company’s ethos and assist us in the support of our client’s day-to-day operation.

Remuneration (Umbrella Rates):

Weekday AM: £22.53

Weekday PM: £23.86

Saturday PM/AM: £23.04

Sunday PM/AM: £25.03

Responsibilities:

• Multidrop deliveries to stores and businesses within 50-mile radius
• Between 5-8
• shifts between 8-10 hours
• pallets
• Start times being morning or night
• Delivering to all different companies 
• Drops will include handball
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays

Experience/Skills & Competencies:

• HGV2/ LGV2 UK-issued License is required (Must have license for at least 12 months)
• Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
• No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Experience driving container loaded trailers
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
• Great communication skills
• Professional attitude

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous upon application of this role.
