The temporary Clean Air Zone officer will form part of a skilled team who are engaging with the public, businesses, and organisations to regarding the Bristol Clean Air Zone. They will provide support and advice and help administer financial support available to those with non-compliant vehicles. This will be completed by email and phone and experience of excel is essential as part of this role will be updating spreadsheets. The role will also include responding to emails from the cazsupport inbox responding to general queries and processing any information that is submitted to support financial applications. The temporary CAZ officer will be required to undertake office duties whilst working on the financial support for non-compliant vehicles and will support officers across the wider team with transport related project activity. There will be opportunity to attend in person events such as consultation and roadshow sessions and the launch of school streets. The team are based at the Create Centre in Bristol.
