Excellent opportunity for a Class 1 Driver based in Avonmouth, Bristol.

We are currently looking for a Class 1 / HGV 1 Driver to join the team in Avonmouth, Bristol, you will be driving a Class 1 Low Loader completing up to 8 deliveries or collections of Plant and powered access equipment.
We are ideally looking for someone with IPAF, Scissor Lift or Cherry Picker experience. However training can be provided for someone with good Class 1 experience.
A typical day starts at 6am and could be up to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday.
You will need to check and secure the load, complete vehicle checks and relevant paperwork. However, no handball and no heavy lifting will be involved!
This is a good opportunity for ongoing Class 1 / HGV 1 work, with the possibility of leading to a permanent role, working with a great team and a company who value their employees.
Hours and pay
- Working Monday to Friday starting at 6am and usually working 10 hours.
- £17 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence, with category C+E.
- Valid Tacho and CPC.
- IPAF, Scissor Lift or Cherry Picker experience is desired.
- Good knowledge to strap and secure the load.
- Safety boots and high viz.
- An understanding of health and safety.
