Robert Half are currently recruiting for an Interim Administrator to join one of our clients for a period of 6 weeks. This business is based in central Bristol.
Role: Interim Administrator
Hourly rate: : £14.10 + 2.44 holiday pay
Duration: 6 weeks
Start date: Monday 10th March
Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week. Flexible with start and finish times.
Responsibilities include:
- Entering data
- Compiling docs into the correct format
- Filing
- Scanning
- General administration to support the wider team - Supporting various Managers & Team leads
Skills/Experience needed:
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- General administration skills - Compiling docs into the correct format, scanning, entering data, filing
- Excellent communicator as you'll be supporting various members of the team
- Pro-active attitude - Getting stuck in and supporting where you can
- Great work ethic
- Reliable - Can manage own workload
