The client is open to day rate or FTC and flexible with rate/salary. It's for a university moving from Unit 4 to Oracle Fusion. Overview:The university is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Lead to work closely with the CFO and Finance Director on a new Oracle Fusion implementation. The university is adopting a strategic approach to its implementation and requires a highly qualified leader with a strong finance background, preferably a qualified accountant and/or former Finance Director. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the implementation while executing the university's finance transformation and change programme.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CFO and Finance Director to guide the Oracle Fusion implementation.
  • Shape and lead the finance transformation and change programme.
  • Work with the Implementation Programme Director and a Systems Integrator (SI) team to ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide senior-level finance operations and leadership expertise.
  • Ensure alignment of the implementation with the university's strategic goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior finance leadership experience, ideally as a Finance Director.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture and implementation.
  • Ability to lead and shape finance change programmes.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with both internal leadership and external implementation teams.
