We are recruiting an interim Transformation Manager to undertake a number of projects with our global Telecoms client.

Reporting to the SLT, the role is responsible for leading the transformation of finance operations, creating a scalable process which aligns with industry best practice. Integration of acquisitions and implementation of an standard system across the Group will the a critical deliverable as will analysis of existing processes and identification of areas of improvement, embedding best practice and establishing the infrastructure which will assist business growth.

The role is also responsible for the implementation of finance systems into one of the group businesses from end to end.

To be successful you must be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years PQE. You will have a demonstrable history of finance project including systems implementation and process improvement. This role is extremely hands on requiring an understanding of how to lead a team through transitional periods and having a 'sleeves rolled up’ approach to any task regardless of seniority.

The role is largely remote with limited travel in the UK and Europe.
