Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Repairs Coordinator to work in their Housing and Landlords Service on a part time basis
You would be based in their Responsive Repairs Team with main duties including:
- Ensuring the day - to day operations run smoothly and quality / SLA's are met.
- Monitoring a shared inbox - actioning and responding to enquiries.
- Logging online forms, triaging action needed and updating databases.
- Dealing with enquiries from residents, colleagues and other stake holders, by email, telephone and text.
- Raising repair orders, arranging appointments with residents & scheduling work to site based teams.
Skills / experience:
- Strong administration experience
- Repairs / housing experience
- Aware of repairs / housing legislation (desirable)
